मध्य प्रदेश में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे 12वीं पास युवाओं के लिए एक नई भर्ती सामने आई है। मध्य प्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन मंडल (MPESB) ने Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department के अंतर्गत Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer और Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए rulebook जारी की है। इस भर्ती में कुल 655 पद हैं। MPESB के official Student Dashboard के अनुसार online आवेदन 24 सितंबर 2026 से शुरू होंगे और उम्मीदवार 8 अक्टूबर 2026 तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे। आवेदन में correction की अंतिम तारीख 13 अक्टूबर 2026 है। पहली चरण की online परीक्षा 3 नवंबर 2026 से शुरू होगी।
यानी जिन उम्मीदवारों की qualification 12वीं, computer और Hindi typing से जुड़ी है, उनके लिए यह भर्ती महत्वपूर्ण हो सकती है।

इस भर्ती में केवल एक पद नहीं है। Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer और Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) के अलग-अलग branches में vacancies रखी गई हैं।

कौन कर सकता है आवेदन?
इस भर्ती की खास बात यह है कि इसमें केवल सामान्य graduation qualification पर निर्भर नहीं रहना है।

इसमें सबसे ज्यादा vacancies Field Unit में हैं, जहां 370 पद निर्धारित किए गए हैं।
Subedar Stenographer के कितने पद हैं?
Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer के कुल 135 पद हैं।
इनमें:
- General Branch – 125
- Special Branch – 10
पद शामिल हैं।
इसलिए stenography qualification वाले candidates के लिए इस cadre में भी अलग opportunity है।
Salary कितनी होगी?
उपलब्ध भर्ती विवरण के अनुसार दोनों पदों का pay scale अलग है।
Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer:
₹36,200 से ₹1,14,800 तक का pay scale बताया गया है।
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial):
₹19,500 से ₹62,000 तक का pay scale बताया गया है।
Actual salary में allowances और अन्य applicable government rules का प्रभाव हो सकता है, इसलिए उम्मीदवार को केवल basic pay को in-hand salary नहीं मानना चाहिए।
Age Limit क्या है?
उपलब्ध recruitment details के अनुसार सामान्य maximum age 33 वर्ष बताई गई है, जिसकी गणना निर्धारित cut-off date के आधार पर की जाएगी। Reserved categories और अन्य eligible categories के लिए government rules के अनुसार age relaxation लागू हो सकती है।
उम्मीदवारों को अपनी category के अनुसार official rulebook में age calculation और relaxation जरूर check करनी चाहिए।
Application Fee कितनी है?
उपलब्ध भर्ती विवरण के अनुसार direct recruitment के लिए:
- UR candidates: ₹500
- MP domicile SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates: ₹250
Departmental recruitment candidates के लिए अलग fee structure दिया गया है।

Selection Process क्या होगा?
MP Police Subedar Steno और ASI Ministerial recruitment में selection के लिए एक से ज्यादा stages हैं।

इस recruitment में practical/skill stage महत्वपूर्ण है।

Constable भर्ती में General Duty के पद हैं, जबकि इस नई भर्ती में ministerial, stenography, typing और computer-related roles शामिल हैं।
